Lifestyle365 was created by Laura and Eldon in 2019 who met whilst working for the same company in the fitness industry.  We discovered that we had more in common than the job, so much so, that 5 years later we ended up getting married!  We created Lifestyle365 as we want to live our ethos and also help others live their lives the best possible way.

It was once said to us about a job that one of us really wasn't enjoying and was quite unhappy at...'can you not just put up with it and plan a great holiday for the end of the year for 2 weeks'.....this would mean that out of 52 weeks of the year, 50 of them would be miserable and unhappy...Nah you're alright thanks.  Then it got us thinking, how many people actually live their lives that way, plan a great holiday or adventure, actually live their lives for those 2 weeks and don't for the other 50 weeks in the year, 14 days out of 365!!!

We understand that everyone has to work, look after their families and pay the bills but when you clock off at the end of the day why not live the best life that you can. To you that might be spending more time with the family, going for a walk, heading to the beach or whatever makes your heart sing and your soul smile.  It's about finding your passion in life and pursuing it. This is what we are doing with Lifestyle365, this is why we created it.
